Champlain Valley Specialty manufacture sliced apple products, featuring their GrabApples brand. The Champlain Valley Specialty shareholder team also includes Jeremy Dygert, Ruthanne Stan, Rachel Coty (Jerry's children) and Martin Drolet, VP of Operations.
